Their track "Generator (First Floor) is featured in their new commercial. The ad is to celebrate Starbucks' 40-year anniversary! You can view the video and download the song for free here. Their music has been featured on Grey's Anatomy, Chuck and many other television shows.
I discovered Freelance Whales by chance last fall while surfing through sessions on Daytrotter. Their music has definitely mesmerized me. If you enjoy folky/indie rock music then you may like them.
