Sonic Youth is playing in Battery Park at 3:30pm.
There's this event from 1pm-9pm that involves free PBR and Southern Comfort (and ice cream?), plus live music. RSVP to go and still make it out in time for the fireworks.
After the fireworks, head over to Rehab on the Lower East Side where my friends Aloud will be playing at 10pm. They always put on a high energy show, so it's a great way to celebrate the 4th.share this post on de.licio.us / facebook
