Happy one month anniversary! That's right. I've now had this blog for exactly one month. Woohoo! Anyway, on to the music...
You know how sometimes a song reminds you of a person? I pretty much have at least one song for every person who has come into my life. It seems like lately I am having a bit of bad luck and everyone I meet and become close to - particularly if they live nearby me - has to leave shortly thereafter for some reason (like moving to Colorado or North Carolina)... So for this entry (as my way to vent my discomfort with the frequency in which people are entering and leaving my life lately) I'm going to post songs that remind me of people I've been thinking about - some that are still a part of my life, some that aren't and some that are moving away but will hopefully still be part of my life despite the geographical distance.
And I would like to dedicate this to Amanda (not that you're reading this because your on your way to go traipsing around Europe...): I miss you already! And I knew I had heard of Sara Bareilles (however the hell you pronounce her name). I even had a song by her in my iTunes. Have an amazing trip and let me know if you're going to be visiting NY!
